Warranty Support
Most of the items available at A1 SolarStore come with warranties. Warranty terms and conditions vary depending on the manufacturer and product type. On average, solar equipment comes with the following warranties:

| Solar batteries | 5 year warranty for lead-acid batteries / 10 year warranty for lithium-ion batteries |
| Inverters | 12 year warranty |
| Charge controllers | 5 year warranty |

Return Policy
Merchandise, except for products that were specially ordered and/or assembled for the customer, may be returned within 14 days of the receipt of the product.
Before returning products, it is necessary to contact our Return Merchandise Authorization department and obtain a written authorization and an RMA number. Please, reference this number in a clear location on the outside of the package when returning the items. When we receive and inspect the returned products, we will send you the amount of the original purchase minus 20% restocking fee:

We will refund shipping charges only if the issue was caused by A1 SolarStore. If the items are returned in a non-resalable condition, we have the right to refuse a refund.
